Unhappy Slates
Ive seen people with different slates that make your ap bar and other things change and look cool like ghost pirate, i was wondering where do i get one of these?

ctrl + alt + delete 2 times fast and it generates you one.

there called states, my mavolous copyed state need to be made into png and transparent

(please do it for me i am png retarted and post it in a zip file)
