Why Ice Pick should have his tag taken away and never be a police again:

-You must talk in normal english (Proper grammar etc.) People whose first language is not English are exempt from this.


Should be enough to get his tag removed, because he does NOT type/talk with proper grammar, as you have seen in his previous posts.

-You must have a clean record, that means no hacking, cheating, stealing etc. .

He was banned, therefore, he does not have a clean record.
