There are no messages in my PM box yet it keeps sending me emails saying my box is full and no one can PM me. Please help!

umm where it says from the last 10 days, put it from the beginning
delete all

if that doesnt work
go to folder: sent items
delete all

if that doesnt work, go to message tracking
delete all

Simply click on the pulldown box with the words "Show Messages:" next to it and click on "To Beginning". (Or something like that.)
