oh well, there's still the fact that he's a cop, and he viewed his own scam, and he admitted to it, therefore, according to the police rules, the 150 gralats can be returned to whomever lost them.

Beware of scammers, we can't do anything without sufficient evidence. If there is a
Police witness, or enough people complain about the person, then the scammer will be jailed until the item is returned. If the item is still not returned, the Police member will contact an admin and have the item removed.
I was told by Iracious that when the scammer(s) admit that (t)he(y)have scammed so and so, the items/gralats/bomys are returned..
