Peach cannot do anything about scamming, it's not illegal unless a cop watches, but if Peach does try anything, I will strive to have him or her fired. (I can't tell if it's a he or she anymore, maybe both?)

If there is a Police witness, or enough people complain about the person, then the scammer will be jailed until the item is returned. If the item is still not returned, the Police member will contact an admin and have the item removed.

I was told by Iracious that when the scammer(s) admit that (t)he(y)have scammed so and so, the items/gralats/bomys are returned..

Okay then... Its okay for Police (The ones that are supposed to not scam at all, and have to watch trades to make sure no one is scammed) cannot be trusted to watch trades anymore, because of valder i am sure.
