NPC Server...

Two questions:
1. When is the server going to get back up
2. Will any accounts have any problems when it goes back up, because my weapons dont show up, and im hoping i didn't loose, them, otherwise i'll be really pissed.

This has happened like 10 times. Nothing goes away, the NPCs just stop working.
