Twists of fate are just about impossble, the only way that would happen is if they each bought a bunch of accounts to stuff the ballot, in which case they'd have spent so much money they'd deserve a staff position anyway.

Or, of course, one of the admins could edit the poll. But, none of them would ever do that.
