Not sure where you've been seeing these hackers, and don't feel like telling anyone. But there has actually been a decrease in hackers significantly. There's only really one hacker who just likes to keep coming back, every now and then (Like around once a month or more). Comparing it to before, there were a lot more hackers in the past than there is now.
