"No wonder your kids have a sense of entitlement"

For some reason (probably the way your parents raise you or treat you), a vast majority of you feel entitled. This means that you truly believe that you deserve to have a spot on the staff team.
Most people, like myself, are entitled to quality because we are paying members of the game. Whenever we "complain" and "whine" it is because we are not necessarily getting what we were promised. To disregard suggestions and criticisms as a form of entitlement banter is absurd and counterproductive.

Let's analyze the role of an administrator and even a staff member. Your job is to enhance gameplay to please the players. To say that it is anything other than a public servant position is foolish, and if you believe you are somehow above such a role, I would demand your immediate resignation.

The age old "if you want it done, then you do it" phrase is rather idiotic insofar as you signed up for the position to please the players. If you don't have time to do it, then you should resign and give it to someone who will actually do their job. The comparison is like the President of the United States telling the local Starbucks barrista to go touch base with US generals on Iraq-ISIS strategy if s/he thinks what the administration is doing is wrong

Instead of belittling the player base by asserting their parents did a poor job raising them, perhaps you should consider the possibility that your parents did a poor job instituting responsibility and appropriate work ethic?

Know your place in this machine. You are nothing more than a servant to the player's interests. When there is a divergence of interests like the one that exists today, then it is your obligation to be humble and resign.

Cheers.
