Having 33 in each stat means when poisoned I still sit at 30 thus not feeling the effects at all or appearing to be poisoned (would still have 30 Con) although I've updated my gear now to be more so 33/33/29 as the HP loss when poisoned isn't that bad and I'd rather utilize my gear slots as much as possible by adding resistances and other small buffers.
