Gang system change!

First off, I would like to thank the staff team for allowing me to work with them, and attempt to fix some of the issues that we’re currently facing in the gangs department. I’d also like to let everyone know that my past being what it is, I completely understand any hate, or distaste that may be targeted at me from the events that make up my past. I’ll do my best, however, to prove to the players, and the staff that I do infact belong here. Now that we’ve got that out of the way; The Gangs system is in a terrible state, and needs to be revamped, in order to bring back some sense of raiding to the game of Era. We've got many ideas brewing, and much to come in the future that you'll have to stick around to see. Although it takes time for some changes to come through, we've got some immediate remedies to a few of the many issues we're currently faced with.
Following the Gang events on Sunday 1/11/15, we are going to switch to a True 4 Gang system. The 4 Gangs that will be are Blazian Bandits, Black Holst, Los Carteles, and Era Police with leaders chosen by me. Era Police will stay as is for the time being with no leader. This system will have a player cap of 25 per gang, incentives will be added later for leaders of Gangs, as well as those who manage to win Gang events. Gang Leaders will need to obtain at least 2,000 accumulative gang points a week to maintain leadership of their gang, and a leader who fails to make this will lose leadership and a new leader will be selected. These points are the gangs points, that the entire gang accumulates. That means that you’re not paying for this with your personal points, you will be paying with the points located in the gangs payment shop.
Gang events will be hosted at their regular time, 5:00 PM Eastern (GMT -5:00) every Sunday. These events will not be the same pattern as it has previously been done, and that system will be made available to you further in the week. These Sunday gang events will consist of the top four gangs. Based on points scored this week. The player limit of these events will be six players minimum, and if all the gangs have over that, we will match the lowest player amount over six. If one of the 3 gangs is unable to have six online for the event, they will have to play with fewer members. In addition to these events, there will also be gang raid events on Wednesday, 6:00 PM Eastern. These events will be raid based events, and will not have a gang limit or a player limit. The list of events will be made available during the week. These events will be for MVP coins. Sunday Gang Events will operate on a point system. Every event during Gang Events will be worth one point and being top gang for that week will be worth one point. Whichever gang has the most points, in this system, at the end of Gang Events will be the winner of that week and receive the spartan laser for the following week.

Spartan Laser became a headache to maintain, I recommend a limit to how many can be used at a time (5 at most, I would probably do 3) or completely change the gun to a different gun.

I feel like you're just going back to what we had. I don't see what you're trying to achieve with this gang system apart from adding another day for gang events and a new philosophy on hosting them. Gang events were never a problem we always had good turnouts for them. The problem was getting people to raid during the week. No objectives to raid. I hope you're going to address this issue.

Also, please use paragraphs that was extremely hard to read.

Whichever gang has the most points, in this system, at the end of Gang Events will be the winner of that week and receive the spartan laser for the following week.

Been done before, failed. Nobody cared about it, maybe try with something fresh?

Refunds are against the rules. Tyler isn't the only victim of this. Nobody else has gotten a refund so neither should he. Fair is fair. He made the mistake, not era.

Didn't look so choppy in Google docs. Also was written while in my Business class on my phone, so it didn't really end up much how I expected.

There is a limit, 5. Only obtainable by those with the Control rank. Sorry that wasn't included.

You quoted me on the less important subject without discussing anything on topic?

I believe you have the time to host these events and be here online but i cant bring myself to believe you have a solution for a better gang system. I have yet to read any changes you're to make regarding improving the gang system without going back to what we already had.

It is a variation of what we had, yes. The point of this gang system is to clear our and give us a level place to build off of. Era's problem has never been the gang system, it's how they went about doing everything around the system. Gang events haven't always been a good turn out, the last week I lead Olympus, which lead to me quitting the gang was a 15 v 2 v 2 v 1. Like I said in the main post, there's still much to come.patience is very important.
