Guns wouldn't work, I was a little intoxicated and didn't think it though enough but cash bets would. Say 1 bet is 10k and you can place up to 10, the winning side would receive an equal ammount in multiples of how much they bet so it would be easy to keep track of and disburse. say 20 people bet 1m total on zilla and 20 people bet 1m total on koho and zilla won or w/e each of the 20 people would receive 50k in profit minus a betting tax of say 10% which would go to the winner or something. It would be like betting on horses, new ways to gamble are always fun.
