Amsel isn't an idiot, he can take care of his own development team.
In regard to rogue, who gives a single goddamn what his official title name is. He does work, his job can me qtpie admin for all I care.
Unless staff are openly doing something wrong, kinda feel like it's none of our damn business how useful they are. We aren't the ones running the team, we play the game. Not every staff has to be on every second of every day -- they're allowed to have a social life and still function as staff members. Heaven forbid
Also if there are more 'passionate, caring' players, they should probably get on the forums and expend some basic effort to agree with you. Would make the soapbox a bit less soapboxy
