No we shouldn't. 9999 is a lot of ammo. If you used up 9999 bullets then you should have LOTS of kills to show for it. The amount of money you receive from those kills should buy you 9999 ammo 50 times over.

His problem wasn't with money, it was with the amount of ammo the gun can hold. The fact that he'd be able to pay for the ammo used doesn't address that problem, does it?

Who said it was a problem? It's something he doesn't like but it's certainly not a problem. I'll tell you what his problem is. Laziness. Run out of ammo? Cool, go top up. Spend some money (if money is not his problem).

Like seriously, i raid more than he does and i certainly do not use more than 9999 ammo in a day, what the hell is he shooting at?

i always had 500 boxes of ammo on me so i never ran out, unlimited ammo fixed that and now you remove it... i thought a compromise for an ammo limit higher than 9k would be acceptable. Given its for all personal / selfish reasons i see a counter argument but koho's is invalid.

But you just argue with me on here to fill that void in ur personal life...argue away BRO

At-least now you can buy 50 boxes in one click, and hold D to fill them. But you still have to make a choice to carry all these heavy ammo boxes, or be forced to leave a raid at random times (usually after dying cause you can't reload) to go run to a corner of the map and buy ammo.. which might not be stocked for your type of gun.

It's all just about convenience, and most of the recent updates have been to make the game more streamlined and easy (lw pots, str pots, unstick button, space to respawn, grab to revive, 5 second unstick, etc). I don't see where Unlimited ammo stands out from the rest of these in any way.

Beyond that, I've proposed many solutions to the 'shotgun issue' and most were accepted by the administration... but never got done similar to the P4 on door-links exploit.

The only thing unlimited ammo fixed was stopping you from buying more ammo and having to load your ammo back into your gun.

If you say 9999 would only last you a day. That's what 100 boxes? I'll use uzi as that's what most people use. That's $800. 7 days. =$5600 .. Theirs $2600 more you're spending. That's nearly x2 unlimited boxes you are now buying.

Work that out with everyone doing that. More money is being spent. And i'm pretty sure the price of ammo is going to be raised to balance things out as money is to easily given out. If it's not, then i believe it should be.

Now instead of "debating" about how you have to now buy more ammo and having to spam D to load your weapon. Why have you simply not just stated that instead of removing unlimited ammo. Why have you not just raised the price of it? Would that not fix what you're debating about?

Also Amsel has a point about the tactical approach he wants to add to it. Would it stop the spamming, i honestly don't believe so as people wont think about how much ammo they have they will simply just spam as much as they can to avoid being killed and to get a kill themselves. They've been spamming to long now that they probably don't even realize they're doing it.
