New Playerworld

Hello Graalians.. Im looking for some staff right now. I need GPs, Events Team ,LATs, NATs, GATs, Admins and FAQs.

LATS - If you would like to join, im gonna need you to do a test for me, im not just gonna hire any LAT. You need to be very fimilar with all the Tiles, outside levels and inside levels. You will also require basic NAT skills as well.

NATS - To join as a NAT, you will need to know how to make NPCWs, basic NPCs, and Advanced NPCs. Server Flags and Server Scripts are optional, but I do need a NAT that can do Server Scripts and he/she would take the role of Head NAT.

GPs - Will need to know the GP handbook. And will require training, we are setting alot of rules for GPs. Such as when you jail someone, you will be required to fill in the comments bar with the reason they where jailed, time and release date.

FAQs - Will get training on the world its self, quests, NPCs shops and everything else that is there.

EAT(Events) - We need a Events team as well, it will require a Head Events Team leader. The leader will be responcible for the whole kitten kabotle. The other Events Staff will help out, and run most of the events.

Admins - Admins I see as Multi Purpose Staff Members. They will be dong Basic Level making, Basic NPC Scripting, GP Dutys and FAQ.

Those are all the positions that im hiring for right now. Im not listing the name of world, or a description at this time. We have alot of really good ideas that we plan to have take place on this world. Our site is underconstruction, and when it is done, we will post screenshots, and our world map.

Till then, keep on the edge of your computer seats, a new well organized, good quality world is on its path of creation.

Is no point trying to hire so much staff for an inactive server.

Yes really, GP's FAQ's And ET are pointless to hire cause they'll have nothing to do and they will just run around with tags like "Some newbie -=Gp on newbie server that'll never make the server list" .

Theres never enough good help. If you want something done right do it yourself so LAT's And NAT's are pointless.. The only things to hire would be your standard Admins and GP Chief or such.

well LAT"s and NAT's r good cuz u need them to work.. but they gotta have spirit to work on it even tho its not or it might not go up ..

Yea, I only am able to really have 2 good NATs and they are very dedicated. Then I have 2 GATs and they are awesome too. Then me and my co owner + 2 others do the level designs. It all works out pretty nice.

Im not going to really hire lots of GPs and FAQs because they are useless, especially now since its not even up yet =\

Holy **** man, Ive been making levels and NPCs since 1.28 Beta 2. Ive owned over 8 Servers. I think I know what im doing. I only want my staff now so that im organized and when I do get up i dont sit there with no staff at all. Im not exactly on the internet 24/7 man. And I do need LATs and NATs... I cant make this whole world by myself.. inless i want to be making it for like a year... jesus christ .. lay off.. i made this forum for ppl to join me and help out, not complain about posting..

Hello again Graalians. Im just updating my info on my playerworld project.

Playerworld Name: Malhangaia (pronounced:malhanguyah)
Current Level Count :356
Planed Heart Count:15
Planed Sword Level:3
Planed Shield Level:3
Server Type:Not P2P
Quest Count:30+

I would show some screenshots, or our map. But that would just spoil everything. Im only going to tell little bits of information at a time. By the time we are done, and ready, you will most likely know about 50% of what is to come. We are making tons of Events, and Tournaments. The quests, are not all hard. At least 15 of them are quite hard, they are the important quests like sword levels/shield level ups. We do have a Day/Night/Time Script. We also have a well scripted Game Script, with awsome Jailing features. We are planning alot of rules for staff, this will eliminate staff coruption, or staff members not doing there job properly. We are trying to make a playerworld, that the players can acually enjoy themselves on. Not a playerworld you get bored of in 2 days, or even a week. A playerworld that you can live off of.

No one every wants to risk making a PW anymore... or at least the other staff you try to hire.

Okay, well .. I figured its time for a screenshot. I have noticed that no one has really notice our playerworld yet(Because there are too many being made right now). But that is fine, because I know as well as you guys know, only the best will get on the list. Me and my team have been working hard, day and night at least putting 6 to 7 hours a day of scripting, and level making. So here is some of our work for you to see.
