"this place needs change" isn't going to solve anything. You haven't even really provided anything to 'fix' Era anyway. If anything, Era needs less variety and a stronger focus on working as a team. Not these lame weapons like bows that shoot over walls. And speaking of bows anyway.. Why on earth do they shoot over walls? Pretty sure there's a ceiling in the level that would prevent arrows from going over.
