Bow Gani

Here I did the work to fix them, see what you think...

This is what I think the Shield should look like when you got a bow.

It looks like the shield is curved somewhat when its on your arm, so it should wrap around. I really dont mind if you don't like it, because it looks fine to me.

I would like to see those from the side views as well. The only odd thing about the is that you're tilting the bow sideways, which is what you do with a crossbow. I have rarely seen a good shot fired with a sideways bow, though it's an interesting way of playing with those animations. Also, the hurt gani seems kind of long. If someone got frozen for that long, they'd probably be a goner in a few seconds.

I never said I was perfect, maybe someone can touch them up some to make them shorter or work better.

**These gani files editing was only dealing with the shield. The length that you see for hte hurt animation is actually how long it is in the first place.

**Cant edit this.. forced to double post.. oh well

OK what was wrong with this gani was simple enough.

The Shield was actually over the cloak at the top of the body near the neck, but as you went down the cloak was over the shield. The other issue was the shield wasnt wrapped around the body like it should have been. That is fixed as well.

I have allready tried out these ganis and they work great on my client.

*thinks* Did I forget anything?

I did forget something, Draenin was right about the bow being shot sidewas.

When you are going to shoot an arrow and you look up or down the bow is nolonger verticle, but instead horizontal. That would indeed prove for a more difficult shot to be made.

Anyways that was not my doing in the gani pack, as I only retouched the original ones to fix the shield problem.

Updated for Masks and proper shield layering

It bugs me still to this day. And here is the file that actually needs changing.

Its just an issue with shield layering in the gani itself. The shield is actually round if you were to attempt to render it in 3D. This would mean it wraps around your back, over the cloak.
