The whole tileset, I guess, is the same as Graal 1.3 and now Cyberjoueur has taken legal action

THat's exactly what we have been saying. And now those stupid little kiddies that play Pokezero say that they all have friends at Nintendo and they will get them to beat us up, which is stupid because Nintendo can't just take those liscences tilesets
