I (along with everyone else) don't really believe that.
If he can log onto servers, fix problems, and be active on the forums, he can type 'ok'

Editpants: even if this were true, then all it would accomplish is a shift in blame from people to stefan for one of the above listed issues.

Regardless of what you believe, it is the fact of the matter. It's not just a scenario where he must approve the applicants, he give them their PWA rights.

There was a thread about it in the PWA hiring forum, but it's been deleted "by request" shortly after the creation of this one.
