You should probably read through some hiring threads posted by other people. You'll find people like screenshots, or some kind of proof of your intentions than just writing.

Good luck with your server, don't set your hopes too high for potential hiring candidates, the developer pool is forever declining in numbers due to obvious reasons which need not be stated.

This is a poor hiring assessment, I think it'd be better if you interviewed the person and asked them to demonstrate their abilities on the spot, sure it's more intensive but at least you're more likely to get someone who'll be able to do something for you.
