Anyways, apparently some bug caused it to happen. Wasn't intentional, but some updates were made to the car system as a result so~

It was a wake up to re-create how era stores its cars. Its 10x easier to restore your lost/destroyed car now. (If it ever gets destroyed that is);

I think you guys should start building more complex ideas on these cars, better dynamics and complexity alongside tuning and upgrading with street racing and track racing, monthly grand prix events, 24hr le mans (lol 4 real) indy car racing, overall motorsports and such. I would start playing more if so, id prob pay to do it. Idk about anyone else though, i love cars.

adding a new concept to iEra

Three types of pking
gang base hours (how long a gang owns the base), gang spars (based on the spars a gang has (gang vs gang)) and pk scoring (killing other gangs in a gang zone)

every week there will be 9 winners- (3 from each category, maybe 1 for each category for era)
the first place winner will get 3 points, second place will get 2 points, and third place will get 1 point, the gang leader can then buy guns / upgrades / outfits / event coins for their gang (gun rentals for 24 hours, week etc) and their statues / npcs in a level

That's because our staff are a buncha talentless nobodies working on a 2D game while graduating middle school.

This game goes down hill solely because of the amount of talent and dedication put into a game. No talent, no dedication (summarizes era) = dead game. Can't blame the economy for it, it actually [the economy] has little to do with how era is going to stay alive in the next decade if it even will exist.

indy? dozens of laps in a plain circle? nty, use some decent tracks if u gotta make something (i.e. f1 tracks). and i'm sure everyone would be enthusiastic to race for 24hrs straight.
is the gun system ok or might we all log onto era tomorrow and find ourselves with no weapons?
it's strange how for 10 years cars were working fine and then suddenly they all disappear...atleast admit that staff fkd up

Wasn't 10 years, not even quite close. And cars have been meddled with before, like that "drifting" thing (I believe) Andy added, which was basically just faster turning... Thing is, cars were always classed, put on the map as local NPCs. The risk that they could disappear was always there.

Indy Car racing is not nascar, you don't drive around in circles in indy racing. It is alot like F1 racing, nothing like nascar :/

This happened under your management, I specifically remember because you couldn't do anything about it for half the day since you were at work or some shiz, and nich and (zeus..maybe..?and then perhaps naack?) were all up in arms about it.

If you want more proof, it happened while I was on RC, which I didn't have until you were teh manager.

If I was able to recover the cars it wasn't this bug which caused it, it was a different problem. From what I was told, the bug which caused the cars to be deleted now deleted all the local NPCs in the levels which didn't allow them to be recovered.

Zeus probably did something while he was screwing around with Nich >:[ Everything always happened when I was at work and they were alone. Damnit Zeus.

If I remember right, it was all cars on the GMAP, and I think you just restored a backup from earlier.
