Quests are not really meant to keep players constantly occupied though. Our as well as what was Tyhm's whole philosophy is that they're a good way to provide new players with a high sense of purpose and direction, to guide them, hook their interest, and familiarise them self with the game + server.
I realise there needs to be more things to do, but I think it's important that such activies are fun or challenging, rather than something which is chore-like or a grind.
Ofcourse there are plans to develop more quests, as well as some that are separate to the storyline. Though at this point in time it seems like a pointless endeavour when a certain Graal Administrator openly admits the strategy is to frustrate trials into upgrading.
