Shovel Levels

Hey,
Ok lets get to the stuff.

Shovel Levels!
Each level will take 500 shells to level up and give powers of finding more shells without a WP or anything just a shovel. What this would do is encourage more players to Dig! This means that it will be one of the best jobs or main job :P. If this happens players could get more money! and everyone can at least have a minimum of like 80k or so. The Shovel levels could give some mini power ups like flaming shovel that makes you get shells every time for like 50secs.
