Yeah, didn't think that one through.

But on the other hand, it would behoove a top gang to not raid all week, waiting until another top gang has a nice lead on them, and THEN raid to make the maximum amount of money, since they would be at the statistical disadvantage, even though their individual skill is far better than their statistics show.

That's not really logical either. The maximum per kill would need to be 7 times the minimum for that to be worthwhile.

The other problem with that is that it assumes that they're only PKing for money, which doesn't make sense since there are still other much better ways to make money. The money from PKing is just a sweetener, it's not meant to be the driving force.
