Used to be farming Gold Keys was a pretty fast way to earn money but unless you have a stack of rabbit lord teeth or tooth charms lying around you can't do it in any real speed because of how hard the lords are to find now and the doohicky/door quest relies on the rabbit tooth charm a number of times to get the items you need to get the doohicky and to spawn the door quest itself if the children NPC's are showing the tooth quest instead of the missing cousin.

DoPV would be the best if you could get a hold of it. All you'd need to do is buy a mass of sapphires and carrots are so easy to farm now. Do it somewhere raining and play the correct song and you don't need to water them. And get someone with level 107 phys to dig up the carrots for as they will get a hell of a lot more than you would. Use the plat from DoPV to buy diamonds or spawn EA's-IWD's in the stores. The latter method of spawning in the stores is very risky but will give you better return if you are lucky enough to spawn a few.

Dunno what EA's are worth right now, but around 2-3EC I think, and IWD's were 3EC at last check. So say you get lucky and spawn 10 IWD/EA's, that is potentially 30EC = 3000 diamonds. Not bad. Reinvest about 250-500 of those diamonds on more sapphires and hit the DoPV again.

EA's and IWD's are close to impossible to spawn in stores now (together with Enchant Weapon and Prepare Weapon). I've spent 100k plat and only spawned one Enchant Weapon so far.

Lords really need to be reverted. Not only are quests really difficult to do now, making it harder for new players to get GKs and compete with older players, but now it's pretty much impossible to level off of lords, which means after level 25 or so you're stuck either doing brutals or leeching off a higher level at the crypt.

Agreed. I'm not sure what the reasoning was behind hiding lords in dungeons and haunted houses, but I can't think of a single positive change with it.
