Turing to GScript

I've been taking a few computer science courses and I was pondering the idea of scripting for graal, seeing as how I've been more active. Turing is my specialty, I've tried java and I never got used to the whole classes idea.

Does anyone have any tips for switching over? And would someone be as kind as to link me the gscript wiki?

And if it wouldn't be a problem, I would like a few easy script ideas to get used to graals functions/arrays/variables/clientside.

Thanks guys!

See signature. My guide.

Includes lots of the information, and links to more information on it.

You might be interested in the following links:Although understanding object-oriented principles is beneficial for performing more advanced scripting tasks, it is not essential for GScript. In any case, GScript does not entirely conform to the object-oriented model in the same way that Java or C# do.

I personally think that FowlPlay's guide is much easier to read and work through than them ones. It should be made an official GScript guide in my opinion.

The guide is only half the story; it is also important to have a quick reference to look up keywords, functions and variables. A healthy set of resources combines both.

Indeed, a guide can only teach you the logistics; it's not going to magically embed you with the knowledge of all the resources. I know GS2 and I still usually always have a wiki open with all the functions.
