Indeed kale. This helps out alot when trying to learn how this server works. (oh, how much i love sarcasm). With such bugs in tutorial and such quotes you can't expect new people to come to Graal Kingdoms. It's complicated if you are new to this server.

as he said, he "couldn't get through the tutorial level", I was giving him an alternative of doing the tutorial in case he didn't know he could still board the ship and leave to start his game.

Im sure he couldnt get through it because its bugged :o? Well yeah new players can't do much on GK. I am trying to level ppl atleast to lvl 20 when they are new so they have a little start, but well its not a solution. But it seems nobody really cares about the Server.
