Im not applying but I'm going to say this: Don't wait around for people to come along and help you. Help is earnt not donated (at least good help is). So I advise that you start learning how to develop by yourselves and once your server starts to show some promise you might attract some attention and then you could also post some screenshots here. Screenshots are a great way to attract the interest of others. Also you might not notice but there is an increasing shortage in decent developers around graal so you might not get the best but who knows.... you might get lucky.
