Houses take 90 days to lose 100% constitution. A 1000% house would last about two and a half years.

I agree that a gelat item to do that would be awesome, but it's not a replacement for either drastically reducing the rate at which houses decline or providing a way for house owners to get back items they've lost from a fallen house.

Ty for the accurate numbers.

But I don't think there should be a reduction in the rate houses decline, 90 days is a long time to be away, and what with p2p coming to an end, logging in for 2 minutes to give your house some attention isn't too much to ask.

I also don't think house owners should have a claim to 100% of the items lost when a house falls. I feel that some of it should be backed up for them to claim later on, and some to be among the rubble (which isn't nearly enough) when a house falls, the remaining could be underground, needing to be dug up. There should be consequences for neglect.

I would love a way to recover items after a house has died. Is there even a way to do that at all? I've lost so much in houses because I couldn't afford gold to get to my house..
