Seriously, the rules say "no heads with hats" plus most of them argue their head doesn't have a hat when it clearly does.

I can clearly see admins are allowed to play favorites and give custom hats to certain players >.> I believe this is unfair....
And some protection on custom heads would be appreciated seeing as I spend a lot of time to make my stuff then have it stolen..

The uploading system is actually quite simple, there are just sometimes discussions about if a graphic should be allowed or not.

Its adding a sense of trading within the game, which, personally, i think is quite nice. Players go off for a few hours farming for shells and come back to the graphics owner. They then ask them to sell their head/body/shield for however many they want to buy it for. Its quite nice to see players share their work with others and, i think it was a great stepping stone. Well done andy.

Oh and also, complaining about the apparent "stealing of graphics" is nonsense. It clearly warns you in the information booth in the news building on iPhone era that "we can't guarantee your graphics will stay private" so if you look at the details, absolutely everything is "fair" about it.
