GK graphic fix request thread

It was quite some time ago that Tig named me as Graphics Admin, however I've been unable to follow through with this position. Beyond standing with Tig in the development of GKi I haven't contributed much since the Easter bunny suits (...and the Chest Mail of Zeus....retroactively)

I feel like I should step up to the plate and do a little more. Not just on the front of new development (which is primarily dedicated to GKi) but also on fixing minor errors.

What small little graphical glitches are in the game that have been overlooked after all this time? Post them here with sample images, and I will try to address them.

Try to supply the exact file name of the image you want fixed. It will help tremendously!

One that comes to mind, i think, are baker's gloves. The icon has green dots around some of the fingers as if they were different shades of the background that was set to transparent

Since these are just a duplicate of normal gloves, I figured I might as well start from scratch on this one. It's nothing exceptional but it'll do.

I'll get it actually uploaded to the server when I can. Upload rights are a little difficult now since I don't have gold account status.

If your taking requests on changing duplicated gloves and what not would you mind making the Gloves of the Archer more like archery gloves with the Index and Middle finger's cut off?

I'm pretty sure they're called Archer's Gloves, but there are several duplicates. Baker's were the exact same as Dragonhides minus the green dots.

Pretty sure Draenin did, but not 100% it was him. They were forest-greenish with a cut out finger. I didn't care much for them so they were never uploaded.

Taking out two fingers does not make this icon read well at all. Would fingerless gloves be acceptable?

Scimitar of Leucitious, Looks nothing like a Scimitar

Current Scimitar of Leucitious looks like a half @$$3D recolour of the Diamond Sword, which looks nothing like a scimitar...

Gloves of Dragonhide REALLY don't look like they're made of Dragonhide.

Some archer's gloves are fingerless, rather than having the three-fingered ones.

If they look good, make it happen, imo.

then u could make gloves have a visual gfx on players as well as allowin us african americans to be all black without havin to run around with white boy skin
