Crystia is put on hold until we can get some plans done in terms of hirings and such. But unfortunate, all Crystia hirings threads have a tendence to evolve into a sea of flame posts coming from both parts.

Things are looking slim right now, but who knows what the future might bring?

Nobody knows if it will be made on Graal or not, but Elk is definitely working on it.

Yes, but definitenly not for anyone in Graal to see (I'm not allowed to upload it, it would ruin the main purpose.), untill it's finished, and the release-progress woulnd't be a normal one to graal standards aswell.

And of course, no IPhone Server.

Most likely. While the EULA appears silent on uploading/posting, the Rules of Conduct clearly state Graal doesn't own anything that gets uploaded.

you do know it costs $$$ to copyright. I don't think anyone has ever done this for Graal stuff

Well like if you take a photo its copyrighted instantly to you (at least Ive heard) xD

so like I bet its the same with all sort of art, and scripts and story stuff and w/e so unless its like a contract where you agree that graal overtakes the ownership of the stuff you created I don't think they can like use it however they want.

but like proving that its yours is harder I believe, especially for game art as there isn't any room for like some watermarks or signatures to make it obvious.

... but I have no clue really how this stuff works xD

In case that isn't blunt enough, that's saying "Graal doesn't claim rights to anything that gets posted", and posted here refers to both uploading and chat. It doesn't have anything to do with copyright (yes, it says don't upload copyrighted material), but right after that it says, as plain as day, Graal will never be responsible (own) anything that gets uploaded. What this is is Graal saying "if you say/post something illegal, it's not our fault", but it works both ways in terms of content.

Also, I wouldn't put it past Elk to have copyrighted things he's worked on, and as an artist for a game, copyright rules are different concerning creative licenses and such. And if you want to get really technical with loopholes, since all of Elk's art is made in third party software (ie., not Graal), the EULA specifically says Graal has no control over it.

also, "rights of privacy" is really vague.
