I think the issue stems from not knowing what they'd do in a given circumstance, it seems like only one attack happens per turn, yet I can't tell which is doing so

Its a bit difficult to figure out when the cards will disappear off the grid with the current number system. As of now they state on what turn they were placed.

Perhaps a count down for each card? So by a quick mouse over you can know right away that a card will expire after this turn.

you see cards that were placed on turn 3-4-5-6-7, do you expect the one placed on turn 6 to expire next turn? -_-

If I'm not mistaken about it's rules, I would consider Classic's version to be an -expanded- version of Triple Triad, and with a slightly greater level of strategy.

I believe Triple Triad had corners and a larger grid... Also, much more cards..

I also remember it having levels like 2M34 or something... tho that may have been another one.

Triple Triad has a few differences as far as I know.

1. Elements on cards
2. 1-10 and A "stat" system for said cards.

Other than that it's not too different.

I'm not sure which word came first actually, the reason we went with gelat was simply down to the clientr. variable for them on pre-wipe Classic using the word gelat.
