Uzis were not fun or viable at all after the nerf. Maybe nerf them to the freeze of the mp5. (.05 I think?) Also leaving them as is and buffing the M4 can make things better. Maybe a 10 damage M4.
I mean it's hard to balance just the only two sparring-viable weapons in the game at the moment.
