Well, If they copyrighted and allowed for its use on a server under the condition that its their work they theoretically could take them to court over it for their ToS would not hold up against the law. But yeah they wouldn't for the fact that it's very silly to do so in the first place.

I really don't understand what any of you are *****ing about. When you upload something to Graal, of course Stefan can use it anywhere he wants on Graal. Assuming otherwise is just plain stupid and ignorant. It's not like Zodiac (for example) have ownership over their content, nor does Cyberjoeurs, but by uploading you at least give CJ permission to use it.

if someone wants to use the Graal engine to develop a game or whatever, they would easily forget about it knowing that all the content is accessible to anyone anywhere... it's unprofessional

But dude, you're not "using the Graal engine to make a game". You are effectively renting a server for your own usage. Renting.
