You still haven't really told anything about your world or your goals for development. I would suggest having a plan as well-thought out as possible before pandering for assistance. It lends a lot more credibility to your request, and, subsequently shows the community that you're committed to your project.

Well whatever the case is. If somebody's authorized to create a hiring thread on behalf of the server the expectation should be that they have at least a necessary amount of basic, accurate information for the public to view. Else we encourage clusterflucks as an acceptable standard.
