A player has every right to ***** and moan about a buggy release, it's not their fault the staff didn't test it properly.

it worked on debug, how was we to know something would go wrong in the transition?

By testing it on the live server before releasing/opening it to public.

Well at least you weren't dealing with over 100 individual changes and a few major revisions to core systems and had to spend 6 hours straight after release tending to the bugs discovered by players.

Attack bugs not your mad player-count.
