Love it. A couple of things (just suggestions) you can and probably should do though:
1) Make it so you can give people rides in your car.
2) Make guild/gang houses.
3) Make shells spawn in houses with beaches. Players need some way to make money besides being outside and trying to earn it. Otherwise you're going to get a LOT of player complaints about how making money is too hard.
4) Make it so the chat disappears a few seconds after you move.
5) Maybe make it so you can't hurt gang members, but that may be a problem based on the game-play, it may not be fitting.
6) PLEASE change the font. It's nearly illegible.

Also a couple questions:
1) Will we be able to send in private uploads like on Era PC?
2) Will you be expanding the head and body selection?
3) Will you be selling hats or will they be obtained some other way?

Not trying to press or point any flaws out, but at the moment I'm very curious.

On the Graal Bible the image looks fine, so i think it'll be fine here soon. Someone might of forgot to set transparency the first time, so give it a few, sorry.

The problem is that some parts of the iPhone are completely black (#000000) and version 5 of the Windows Graal Client will display it as transparent. It doesn't have these problems on Linux, Mac or the Windows V6 Client.

Edit: This normally isn't a big problem with many in-game graphics or other images produced for the news but because this uses an image that isn't sourced with graal (the iPhone image) It is harder to minimise the problem but I'll see what I can do to fix it.

4. I like it how your chat doesn't change- That way, you can display a message to people and walk around saying it without it going away.

5. I don't think you can hurt gang members.

6. I think the font fits the theme of the game, but there should be an option to change it to Arial for those who dislike it.

I liked all the other suggestions and fully support them.

Alright, hadn't checked on the hurting guild members thing, but didn't really want to take a chance. :P
And yes, an optional font change would be nice too.

The black actually showing as transparent is 0 0 0 (for R G B values).
Just reduce contrast or add brightness (even the smallest value) for the whole image and it should be fixed. You won't even see the difference

All the shops have statues as oldbies as the shopkeepers, and some shops are named after oldbies (ex. Chrisz's Weapon Shop, Skyld's Furniture, JKL's Melee)

The movement system is weird, I don't like how the up and down directions take priority over the normal up, left, down, right priority. It's also got it's fair share of bugs, I saw someone get stuck in a lamp post and I got stuck in a wire fence.

More tips: (Based on what's been happening on Era iPhone, you seem to be listening, so....)

1) Add some sleeping bags that players can buy for cheap prices (15g) and put in their gang houses to restore health! (Similar to boxes, the mines, etc.)

2) I know new shops are planned- Don't put them in the mafia zone (The only place you get a decent amount of gralats for holding a base is the mafia zone)

3) Add a "gang bus". You know, a bus that is big enough to hold your entire gang.

JKL's Melee, Meph's Furniture Shop, Reese's Bombs, Chrisz's Weapons, Skyld's Furniture, Demesis's Supplies, Simon's Melee, and Ricks Utilities. Those are the ones I found at the moment, I'm sure there are some more though.

I really like Era iPhone, the only thing I dislike is how some players steal any shells you dig up. Perhaps shells can made so that they can only be picked up by the player who dug them up?
