SN, just start doing things on your own accord, and use relevant player input while you're doing it. Otherwise, these people are just going to keep posting tiny, useless things that they individually like.

While SN makes more sense as manager than Stephen does, it never made sense for SN to manage in the first place. Zone doesn't have a development team nor are there enough quality developers available to form one, so to have a manager that can't be productive enough on their own is useless in Zone's current state.

EDIT: If Zone had an active playercount and a realiable staff team then a PR-type manager wouldn't matter, but since it doesn't then there isn't much such a manager can do.

Should follow these guidelines, Sn, and move on. Neglect the community (if any) and do what you feel is best.
