It means i think potentially that if anyone sees a server and they'd like to buy it'd go down something like this.

Example: Mr. Jigga comes up to Stefan and goes "How much for that there server? *points to Developer49*" and Stefan replies "How much ya got?" with a feel good grin, Jigga thinks to himself and says "However much the last guy was paying in rent." and with that said Stefan goes "Sir, You gotta deal!" which then he transfers ownership to Jigga the right to own Developer49!

your work is pretty much a room for rent for any developer interested. (Of course I could be wrong...)

Developer49 is no longer "Ruins", and whenever someone who rents a server is assigned Developer49, it will be empty. I think.
