You have been disconnected from the game server

When ever i try logging on era it gives me Warning: You have been disconnected from the game server , i try again and again same stuff happens. i can log onto zodiac. unholy nation, all those servers but not era.. basically i know im not banned i contacted the staff they say you aren't banned nor where you ever banned in the past this is weird... problem hasn't fixed its self yet don't think it will might just have to quit playing graal or something for ps3 again if i cant get it up and working for era.

Any fixes? the problem has been lasting for almost 2 hrs since i tired to log in if it continues onto tomorrow then i give up on graal. thank you.

Have you tried the beta client? Reset router and/or modem?

Belive it or not yes i have done both of those things reseted my router and i am currenrlt playing on the v6 client just updated since ive been geting this problem

There's a possibility that you've been IP Banned, you should send an email to [email protected] if you don't find a solution here.

2nd day and still era wont let me on staff says im not banned. so why would i be ip banned? makes no sence what so ever . i just want to play era. and please dont give me stupid replys like Hirakoshinji... its a server it cant hate me and that dosnt help me log in.

It is still possible that your ip range may have been banned by mistake. Back in May 2009 my ip range was banned on Zodiac by mistake and Bell got the ip ban lifted.

Well then you may want to ask a PWA to check into it If they can't seem to figure it out. But don't bother asking if you know you haven't asked all the questions necessary yet.

WHAT QUESTIONS? this is the first time this has happend to me. i dont do anything wrong so i wont end up like this aprently ip banned .. wtf.. i dont know what questions to ask im not a x convict when it comes to being banned.. if anything im here to ask u the questions and u to help me find out what to do. if i knew what to do i would be on era making cash / talking to freinds, its about to be the 3rd day of me not being able to play era.. really .. no help from the support tech thread.. im fustrated why the fk would i have a sence of humor at such a time like this..

i sent them a message when i got this problem yet no reply and this is the 2nd day with no reply.. i spent gelets and sht on era im gona get screwd over cash i spent on potions and stuff bro this isnt fair at all.

I just checked and it looks like your IP changed to something that falls under a banned IP range. I don't have access to the file (I read it by script), but I asked someone to remove that range.

Update: Try logging on, we removed the range.
