What? I've been for a while though. Know alot of these admins pretty well, what they did to the fudgeing server, and the original admins.

Gangs are inactive (That alone is a whole world of problems by itself, but lets just sum it up as that).

One of the leaders has been gone for lord knows how long.
The other leader spends all his time playing Events, and seldom raids or wants to.

You'd think the simple solution would be to give them "motivation" or replace them.

Gang Events are almost never hosted.

How is it that the same problems we had with 4 or 3 Gangs, we are having with two?

Two Gangs are MUCH easier to manage and keep active, and these problems shouldn't even be problems if they were properly managed.

No one has anything against the two, we're not smacking them with our bare hands, there are facts to all the "holler", as almost always.

People just tend to think yelling gets you better understood than speaking.
