If you believe in your project (and are motivated about the direction you're aiming towards) I see no reason why people wouldn't stay engaged by that. On this server it seems that Graal politics is the only kind of motivation that is employed. Attitudes are infectious, drama-free, and project-leaders really need to take advantage of that.

the attitude is what i was also speaking of. if you play favoritism in terms of freedom to develop towards your friends, and treat others as mere robots to complete mundane tasks, then naturally you won't stay engaged, and the development won't take place
