Hey I have a good idea how about Era removes papajchris from staff and they look for someone who's less focused on a PG-13 community/ hungry to ban everybody and get someone a little more concerned with the fun and development of the server??

They banned me (again) for 7 days without warning (again) while I was at school (again) for no reason (again).

Apparently they think I'm someone else (snipson) who stole jkl's items.
Funny guys.

But enough about me, they have really banned a lot of the top notch players for previous histories, and are seemingly trying harder to find any little fault for a ban than fixing the little bug to improve the server. If they want to go around banning their already decreasing player base though then they're just hurting themselves.

At this point they've had plenty of time to get their staff team prepared and briefed, no more bull****, if there isn't improvement soon PWA ought to step in again and do something. The average player count is less than half the average it was before, you could blame school but being that there is also 3x the staff and RC's now it is really more than you'd think. The server is pretty much dead at this point, it's just wrapped in a pretty numbered paper of mass staff and idlers so you can't see through to the crappy gift inside.

Oh and hey, it's October, I'll be counting down to that reset yo.

Have you not been to the era_gp-rulesroom.nw ?

At the moment the rules are what they are, no player can personally change that.

But I might say that they should be modified a bit more lenient.
Specially to the people who are on subscriptions now.

Maybe the Maximum sentence should be 1 week instead of 30 days.
Just saying... its not that fair for doing not-so-hostile things on Era that can easily be fixed with a view clicks, and getting banned for a whole month. at least they are being punished right ?

If the staff honestly feels that the player should be banned for x_amount [e.g the 30 day ban] they should report to a PWA / Global.
