Tig is not active from what i can see or is to busy, thats why i say contact TSA. Tig was on for 3 seconds and got off. Not sure if that was because of you, or just random, but either way TSA seems to be the only one who cares.

I have been trying to get into contact with Era management for the past couple of days but our schedules have been conflicting. However, I have been making an attempt to look into the situation.
