New Playerworld Recruiting

Hey Folks,

I have a new playerworld that needs working on for anyone wanting to jump on the band wagon and help.

The server currently doesn't have a name, so at the moment it is Dev Spuppet.

I am looking for loyal, friendly and talented staff.

The server will be based in an apocalyptic wasteland where war has waged for decades. It will be relatively dark (in the sense of atmosphere, not colour) and will contain some features rarely seen in other playerworlds.

Features desired (although subject to change);

• A deep mission system allowing an interesting story.
• Modern guns/equipment with old elements - like jump guns pieced together.
• Custom vehicle creation.
• Owned land which can be fought over/built on.

These are only a few features I have in mind, and the game should really be unique. I do understand some features may be harder/more impossible to make than others.

Hiring:
2 - 3 * GFX Artists
2 - 3 * GScript Scripters
2 * LATs
Possibly 1 * Story/mission writer, although I will be doing this as well.

Other positions will become available when the game requires them, such as Events Teams, Admins - but these will be hired when required.

I forgot to mention what the GFX artists would be doing, Main things include, but are not limited to:

• Tilesets
• Weapons
• Other Equipment
• Clothing - if we decide to implement a clothing feature

Oh, and we are also looking for: 1 * GANI and 1 * SFX.

We could currently use an Animator on the team. The tiles are being started as we speak, as well as some images to fit the server. We ask for any ideas that could relate to the given theme of this server from what you know of so far. All thoughts and ideas will be taken into consideration.

Updates of tiles and some graphics will be shown in my graphics thread found here as I make them. All updates won't be posted, but what 'is' posted will give you an idea of whats happening. I will soon be starting an "intro movie" to show how the story starts and why you are where you are. Said video will be shown/posted on forums as somewhat of a server teaser, if all goes well. I'll keep you posted on this.
