Just don't set dates before everything is finished because all you're doing is setting yourself up for complaints when you don't deliver. Announce a preview when you're ready to have a preview.

Considering I have been hard on judging levels, he's the only one (out of 5 applicants) who amazed me by correctly using our tilesets and showing a clear talent at detailling levels the way I want them.
