Because of you ****s, I will give 3 solid days for people to convince me otherwise to continue on this server. You can take it as a *****, a baby, a cry, whatever. I will not continue unless more than 10 people want me to. Mostly because I'm not going to make some server Rufus and other *****es can use for guilds and stuff that is innovative as **** to play on. I will not pay another dime, or take another month offered for you pricks. The end. 3 days, 10 people, or I have 0 reason to continue for these bastards to play on a server I helped make. I planned to resign soon after classic, so say all the ****e you want to about "not being able to take it". I'm not an Admin on a dev server to take ****. I'm an admin on a dev server to make ****. I would have quit soon after classic to enjoy the server myself.

There is no content thieft besides 1 damn treetop to explain. Why dont you explain to me who beholder is. If theres something stolen ill let a PWA handle it.

What tileset? I made a single Minish Cap style tree and I never used it, hence putting it in the free tiles thread.

MERGED - i agree with Rusty and Decus_Arillias . the PWA will deal with it , probally shut down the server , no one to blame but the people too lazy to make their own stuff . FYI - it was made by "eye of the beholder" and used on "bomber arena" . tho it don't matter who made it or where it is used , you wern't given permission to use the images and are there by stolen . congrats thiefs .

Beholder is Eye of the Beholder. He used to play Graal but he quit a long time ago. However his graphics from his own personal use have managed to show up on your server. Mainly most of these interior tiles:


Also, servers don't have to go up in flames. Just remove stolen content and manage it better so it doesn't happen again. I already confronted the server about stolen graphics and here they are again. The server would have no problems if the theft was dealt with. There is a reason I only showed up now, and that is when I saw Beholder's graphics being used even when he told me he said specifically NOT to use them because he didn't want them being claimed as Graal's because of their dumb uploaded content clause.

He told me and said it was ok and we could use. What is it from if I don't know. If it's not safe to use on graal, I don't want to, but Dusty and Rufus need to tell me since they know apparently. From what I know, it's as safe as RPG Maker, unless graal says otherwise. I don't give about what you mother ****ers say, from what he told me and what graal says. Because they are my images, and for my personal projects. They were never meant to touch Graal Online servers, due to their inherent proposition you lose all rights to your own work.

Last time I was probably on these forums was over 10 years ago, and I still don't like it's atmosphere.

It's not from Graal and it's not from a server, hence the problem. He doesn't want Graal claiming legal rights to something of his just because someone decides to steal and upload it to their server.

So could I. One of your staff members 'borrowed' a portion of my works from my other projects to use as a "place holder" on your server.

The theft was spotted back on June 01/10 and relayed to me.

I confronted the staff member, and explained I wanted them removed and why.
Several months later, the images are still in place and I was notified once again.

Do not make accusations and try to direct attention elsewhere.
It is a simple matter of, I want my property on your server removed and for it to never be misused without my direct consent.

It's his graphics, he is free to do with it what he cares. It's his own personal project and he doesn't have to disclose anything to anyone other than to tell you to get his work off of your server. I already posted a screenshot of his graphics being used in their intended manner(the screenshot is more complete and the graphics fit stylistically together, instead of being a complication of random graphics).

I am Beholder, and I am not involved in something illegal.
I draw pixel art and commission work for others, and the images used there are reserved within my personal stockpile to do as I please, such as to sell the images or to create my own works with it.

As for the jest I stole that content, I assure you I did not and the work is purely of my own.

Hold on. I'll search google and see what I find. Then if I can find it on google we'll know where Dusty, Rufus, Cling, and that random account thats like never posted on here got it from.

We'll see if PWA's are allowed to support it, and go from there. From what I've heard, once you upload it on graal its graal property unless otherwise noted. If it's copyrighted as of when we posted it per RC, we'd be glad to say we made a mistake, its not bad to have on here, its not something someone was doing bad, and take it off.

I was told by Rufus it was from graal reborn, whatever that is, so I'll search that too...
