It appears Tre, nor Jman can manage Graal Ghetto anymore because they're now global. This leaves darkness as the Content Owner.. XD!

No it doesn't. Only the content owner can transfer content ownership rights. If that person wishes to take the content to their grave for any reason at all, that is their choice. It is not passed onto someone just because the current content owner got in trouble.

I was just joking anyways! Darkness (NickleMan) doesn't even know how to make server backups XD!
