I can definitely agree on the "busy" thing... I think the main problem is the ground. The walls look very nice.

I'd rather have more to look at then less, which is normally the problem on servers like GK.. nothing to do.

I agree. I'm trying to make the gmaps on there as geographically interesting as possible. The screenshot you see on the left is actually a fortress atop a volcano, and the one on the right is a big undead cathedral. However, surprisingly enough, there aren't many differences between tiles. The volcanic map, for example, mostly uses a combination of ground, lava, and city floor tiles. All the rest is done with scripting and large images.

PS: I'm actually looking for people interested in giving me a hand with these maps, although I haven't really announced that in the hiring section yet.
